These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Q&G CLEANING CORP. By hiring our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services Offered
Q&G CLEANING CORP provides residential and commercial cleaning services as requested by the client. Services must be scheduled in advance and confirmed by our team.
2. Appointments and Access
Clients must provide accurate details and safe access to the premises during the agreed service time. Missed appointments without prior notice may result in cancellation fees.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area in question at no extra cost.
6. Liability
Q&G CLEANING CORP is insured and will handle any damage caused during service with professionalism. However, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions or fragile items not disclosed.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for disclosing any allergies, special instructions, or risks (e.g., pets, security alarms). Failure to do so may impact the quality or feasibility of the service.
8. Privacy
Client information is kept confidential and used only for service provision and internal communication. See our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the new terms.
